Natalie has over 25 years Human Resource Management, learning and development experience, the majority of which were whilst operating at Management Board level.

She has extensive experience in employment law, strategic HR planning, as well as the provision of practical and pragmatic HR management, support, and advice.

Natalie has delivered many seminars and training programmes in HR and leadership related subjects.

She also has a business degree and is member of the CIPD.
